When you send a support request, we receive your name, email address, selected topic, optional order reference, message, and a submission reference and timestamp. Your request is forwarded by email to our customer support inbox. We use those details to respond and investigate your request.

Please do not send passport scans, full passport numbers, payment-card information, medical records, or visa application documents. We do not need them for publication support.

The checkout currently allows you to select a package and enter your name and email, but purchasing is not enabled. Those checkout details remain in the page and are not sent by this version of the website. We do not collect card details on this form. The checkout and this policy will identify the payment provider and processing arrangements before purchases are enabled.

3. Technical information

Retention depends on the record and the reason it is held. You may request deletion of information that is no longer needed, subject to lawful exceptions.

Access to the support inbox is limited to authorized personnel. Email is not an appropriate way to send sensitive identity or payment documents. No website or email service can promise absolute security.
